Do you have the book?

If so, we want you to get the most from it.

If you have the book and registered for our gifts, you may have already gotten an email invitation from Kevin to our upcoming teleseminar.

On Monday, you can join Kevin and Guy to learn "How to Get the Most From Your Book." This teleseminar is free to anyone who has purchased the book. Your email from Kevin contains information about how to call in.

Once the teleseminar is over, we'll post the recording in our community. We hope, though, that you'll join us live if your schedule allows to interact with us and ask questions.

Yesterday was a tremendous day for our team.

Many bloggers posted book reviews, guest posts, and interviews to help us #buildthebuzz.

A few people have asked me about our reaction to the launch.

Here are a few thoughts:

From Bud to Boss has been one of the top ten leadership books on Amazon since mid-day yesterday. We're at #1 on the leadership hot new releases. We're ranked high overall on Amazon and in the top 100 books at bn.com. It's obvious that the work that we're all doing (our team, the group of bloggers supporting the launch, our partners) is paying off.

We're excited about all that, and our excitement is about more than just one day. We want to build momentum for our book and share the message about it so that we can make a difference for more leaders all over the world. This is about much more than selling a lot of books (though we certainly hope to do that.) We know that selling books is a precursor to furthering our mission to help leaders grow and develop.

All of that started yesterday will continue from here. Throughout the rest of this week, our gift offers will be open. We're still working with more bloggers and partners.

It's not to late to take advantage of all we are offering to celebrate the launch. We have especially great incentives for people who buy our book in bulk. We hope you will choose to buy multiple copies to give to people in your organization who are transitioning to leadership.

We would not be here without you. One of my tasks today is adding all the buzz from our bloggers to the buzz page on our main website. When I look at that page, I am overwhelmed by the enormity of the list. So many of you have so generously highlighted our work.

The combined effort of over 100 bloggers has fueled the excitement for our launch. You have helped to spread the word about our book to the people in your circles of influence. It's amazing, and I can't thank you enough.

The excitement is really building here for the launch of Kevin and Guy's new book, From Bud to Boss.

With only one day left, we hope you're ready to celebrate with us.

From Bud to Boss has two wonderful authors, Kevin Eikenberry and Guy Harris.

With two days left until the launch of the book, I thought I would share two blogs posts, one by each author, with their thoughts about the launch process.

First, from Guy Harris, "The Launch is Almost Here." I am continually impressed by Guy: in the midst of all this launch stuff, he consistently, as the stealth warrior, gets a lot of stuff done. Just this week, I woke up one morning to see that he had redesigned his own blog to get ready for the launch. He's amazing, and I feel blessed to work with him.

And, from Kevin Eikenberry "Five Leadership Lessons from Our Book Launch." These are great lessons for any leader, and I hope you will check them out if you haven't already. Kevin is tirelessly preparing for this launch, and his energy and perseverance inspire me.
