Kevin Eikenberry


One of the authors of From Bud to Boss, Kevin is the team member most likely to be online at any and every hour of the day. You might see him really early or really late depending on your perspective. Even though he has a busy traveling and speaking schedule, you’ll find him easily… unless his beloved Boilermakers are playing basketball. Kevin is an enthusiastic speaker and an encouraging and motivating coach. He’s the life of the party and the leader of a talented team.

Guy Harris


Guy is our team’s night owl and Kevin’s co-author. He’s thoughtful and deliberate. Guy is our stealth warrior, completing projects that move our team ahead. His speaking and consulting gigs keep him on the road regularly, and he is always happy to return to his family. Guy is a wise and insightful coach, warm and supportive. He’s definitely someone you want to know.

Sara Jane Hope


Sara Jane Hope, SHRM-CP/PHR, is an experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic trainer, facilitator, and coach. Having worked in training since 1980, she is a training and human resources professional dedicated to making a difference in the performance and knowledge of her trainees. She is the owner of Positive Dimensions where she provides leadership and management development training and coaching as well as instruction in the SHRM Learning System and other Human Resources topics. She is a certified Master Trainer, served as a Bud to Boss facilitator and coach for the Kevin Eikenberry Group, and co-authored My Journey from Bud to Boss with Kevin and Guy. She has been employed as a training director in financial institutions, the hospitality industry, telecommunications, and with government funded training and development programs. Sara Jane Hope has a Master’s Degree from Murray State University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Purdue University. Sara Jane and her husband, Larry, live in Vincennes, Indiana, near her childhood farm. She is an avid reader, loves to crochet, and is a follower of many sports teams.
